Partnering with the builder from the beginning stages of this spec home, LGV was charged with floor plan and electrical plan adjustments. Then it was onto the selections of all visible building materials. This included the exterior Nichiha shingle siding, board and batten shutters, roof colors, and paint colors. LGV then selected all interior selections to include flooring, ceiling and shiplap placement, lighting & plumbing fixtures, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, countertops, Baldwin and Colonial Bronze door and cabinet hardware, island design & material, all bathroom & laundry room tile. We also working closely with bath and kitchen designer specifying details and finishes.
