This 1500 square foot condo on the 29th floor boasts breathtaking views of Providence, as the terrace images show. Severely outdated and poorly lit, we raised ceilings, added both functional and decorative lighting, updated materials, like kitchen counters, wall surfaces and bathroom fixtures, and designed custom millwork to take advantage of every inch of space.
