Inspired by my clients love of the color of the Caribbean ocean, we mixed the colors of the azure blue waters with indigenous wood and stone of Upstate NY; walnut, maple, and cobblestone to create a unique blend of North meets South. The casual spaces like the family room use a brilliantly saturated turquoise velvet from Designers Guild to form a counterpoint to the rich wood tones.
