A house lost in the 80’s loses it’s stucco ceiling, textured, pastel wallpaper and oak faced fireplace and get’s a whole new “groove!” Light, airy and modern – a room that invites lively conversation and entertaining. A group of four comfortable chairs, a selection of books to choose from and a warm fire to read by… simply divine!

A contemporary, kitchen remodel that is light, bright and airy with a two color palette on the cupboards. Upper cupboards and a division wall were removed to create a counter height seating area and to afford an unobstructed view of the adjoining dining area. Metal accents were added with distinct cabinet hardware, speciality pendant lighting, tile accents and the metal framed base of the swivel bar stools. The clients collection of heirloom rolling pins is showcased in a basket beneath the island.
