This traditional living room began with beautiful traditional details like built-in bookcases, a stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and mission-style furniture.. The owner wanted a lighter updated look, so we white-washed the stone, painted the shelves white with an accent color of blue, and added a pair of sleek upholstered chairs and modern accessories. With a new floorplan that allows for a better flow of traffic, this living room has been transformed to a bright, cheerful space perfect for entertaining!
