An old TV cabinet was dated and took up too much of the family room. I removed it, added a flat screen TV and a modern gas fireplace under it. Two swivel chairs were purchased to sit in front of the new fireplace. A small hutch was built to hide all of the new TV equipment and any stereo equipment.
