This traditional one bedroom co-op apartment was brimming with potential. A major kitchen overhaul anchored the project. The scope included demolition of an existing galley style kitchen, removal of walls and a lowered ceiling to make way for a spacious new kitchen layout with ample storage. Major upgrades included a new pantry closet, dishwasher and stack-able washer and dryer.
