This project includes a modular addition to a small (950 sq ft) ranch and re-organization of the original structure located in historic Saratoga Springs, NY. The house is in a very desirable location as it is walkable to Saratoga Race Course and Broadway. It was a rental property for us, but when we moved back to the area after living in England we decided to live in it because of the location.
