In this five bedroom 4,500 square foot residence in an Emory Roth-designed building, this particular client wanted a calm Zen-like approach to the interior. I solved that issue by cleaning up the fussy architectural details, opening up the dining and living rooms to let in more light, and creating a practical open-plan for their lifestyle.
