In collaboration with the Spacesmith team and Valerie Pasquoit, Maureen designed and managed the renovation of 2 floors for MTV, a total of 62,000 square feet. The blurred taxi images, a reminder of Times Square below, contrast with the crisp, clean and calm interior space.
