The Melar is a 143-unit luxury rental building located on the corner of 93rd Street and Broadway on New York’s Upper West Side. Friedland Properties and Rose Associates hired Melissa Dallal Interiors to update the lobby, tenant lounge and outdoor terrace in addition to the apartment kitchens and baths.
