ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Luxury meets ocean beachfront in this spectacular high rise located between Sunny Isles and Golden Beach, Florida. One of 39 floor plates, Regalia is comprised of 7600 square feet, including 2100 square feet of wraparound balcony that provides breathtaking views.

Client:
We were delighted to design this second Florida residence for our returning clients from South America.

Task:
Designing an entire floor plate like the Regalia residence is a design team’s dream and our BRITTO CHARETTE team didn’t want to wake from this one. We enjoyed every aspect of planning and executing the design experience. Our client asked us to create movement within the 4-bedroom/5-bath residence by removing several existing walls and room dividers. We also worked with the client to scale the furnishings to provide a warm and welcoming feel within the spacious interior.

Materials:
One of our favorite rooms in the home is the foyer where we installed elaborate carved wood panels. The architectural feature creates texture and visual interest.
