The Furman Lunch Building, located on South Main Street in downtown Greenville is a contributing resource to the West End Historic District and underwent a rehabilitation to become 4 corporate apartments. It was important to the client that the original details were left intact to maintain the rich history of the space as well as adding interesting colors, textures, and patterns. Each unit features exposed brick, plaster walls, heart pine floors and post and beam construction elements. New modern kitchens and baths alongside sleek furnishing are a response to modern sensibilities.
