An overseas client requested our services to assist in a large scale remodel. His goal was to turn the property into a boutique style vacation rental with plenty of bedrooms and entertainment space. We were given significant freedom in the selections and design and in the end the client loved it. The property accommodates weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and social gatherings.
