A compact master bathroom was enlarged by capturing a hallway coat closet. Designing around the dimensions of a large Venetian mirror, every inch of space was maximized. Recessed cabinets were added for extra storage both in the water closet and to the right of the entry. To capture the most natural light, the shower was moved to the window and the new toilet relocated in the footprint of the former coat closet. LED tape lighting was installed behind the mirror and at the toe kick to provide layered lighting without adding visual clutter. Modern toile wallpaper accents both the water closet and barn door.
