With the update of this 1980’s home, the homeowners wanted to bring in a glamorous and sophisticated look while keeping much of the original structure of the house. Not afraid of dramatic, bold colors, each room is dynamic and rich in color and texture while still being a livable space for the growing family. Due to the extensive remodel, careful protection was taken to not cause damage to the existing areas. While most of the interior spaces stayed intact, other areas were taken down to the studs to create functional spaces for this growing family. This included electrical rewire and redesign of the bar, wine room, kitchen utility/mud room, master bedroom and bathroom. Important architectural elements were maintain to speak to the original design of the home.
