The concept of a modern cottage was overall vision for this home. The materials stay light and fresh, cabinetry is meant to invoke spaciousness and the fixtures add a bit of feminine sparkle.

Princeton Heights started with working from plans as it’s a new construction home. JHD selected every material, color, fixture in the home as well as designing all of the moldings and cabinetry. Starting from the ground up is very satisfying for clients and JHD!
