Expansive 1902 Craftsman style home received updating to accommodate family of 6. Un-used dining room and living room received built in book cases, enclosing the once open spaces, to allow more suitable furniture plan utilizing the new double sided firebox. The dining room space was reimagined as a new study and music room. All new floor to ceiling book cases were lacquered in a deep green and the ceiling was gilded in silver leaf.
Boys’ Bathroom was gutted and received larger soaking tub, new cabinetry, larger shower, new flooring and lighting.
The master bath only needed a minor face lift, receiving laser cut glass and marble mosaic shower wall, new marble mosaic shower floor, new marble floor through out.
The remaining public rooms received new furnishings, window treatments, rugs and paint finishes.
