This CWS apartment complex is located in the heart of Houston. It has a fresh approach to design. Our team provided the space-planning, material selections and furniture for this project. The amenity areas include a community café, business center, cyber lounge, game room, sky lounge and multi-level state of the art fitness center. The interior finishes selected reflect the urban living décor. Warm grays, wood accents and gilded lighting create an eclectic fun environment. Iconic tile patterns were utilized on walls and floors. Each amenity area stands on their own with vibrant colors, specially selected lighting and unique furniture pieces.
