Roosevelt Square is a mixed income community located in the southwest side of Chicago. The model was designed as a marketing tool to show potential townhome buyers a modern approach to city living. The majority of the items were locally sourced and acquired from retail stock. The use of bright accessories and contrasting paint brings depth to the space while keeping the overall design grounded.
