Have you ever wanted to lighten your load? That desire was the driving force in decorating a grand English manor in South Texas. The client wanted to keep the home from tilting to the heavy side, so we began by using lighter than expected stains and a stone flooring with a fog-like color. The furnishings are a gathering of neutrals interwoven with a thread of blue through the home. This “lighter side” approach left the home feeling easy in attitude and youthful in spirit.
