Failing and near-condemnation, this 1913 Prairie four square in East Dallas’ oldest neighborhood was completely overhauled, with a preservation-level exterior restoration and all new mechanical systems and utility supplies. The floor plan was reinvented to abandon a former duplex conversion and allow better function and flow for today’s modern lifestyles. The interior was updated using historic materials in a modernized transitional style.
