Redecorating Project for teenage girls room. She selected a comforter that she liked and I planned the room around the bedding. I wanted something young and bright. We went with a bright lime green paint, Black and white with an accent of turquoise. I painted her old white furniture a satin black. I reupholstered her old chair in a flocked Fabricut fabric and accented it with a pillow, also using Fabricut fabric. I used this accent fabric also on the valances. She originally had a queen size headboard, which I cut in half, using one for the headboard and the other to create a bench for her new sitting area.
