I met this client while studying at the French Culinary Institute, in New York City. After many years working in food television under the likes of Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart, and working as a private chef for an executive in the music industry, this gal has finally decided to go out on her own and start ‘Full & Happy’. Her business will act as an intimate supper club and culinary school in the heart of Philadelphia. She will open the space up to various kinds of cooking classes, as well as use it to host private events.
