Having recently moved to Utah with her family, this client was preparing to host a large group of family and friends in her new home for the first time. She wanted to wow her guests with a beautiful living space, and reached out to me for help. Prior to our first meeting, we exchanged a few emails, in which she sent me some quick snapshots of her existing space and gave me a general idea of what she was looking for. I did my initial meeting and walk-through with her on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday evening, my client’s living room had been transformed into a cozy, welcoming and chic space that reflected her style and sensibility. Working mostly with her existing furniture (which had been purchased only weeks prior to our meeting), I added a mix of neutral textiles, rich textures and sophisticated accessories to make the space feel finished and cohesive.
