In this ranch home, every room was sectioned off. We removed a wall and opened up this kitchen to the dining room. Adding recessed lights helped brighten up this space even more. We installed dark stained kraftmaid cabinets with a textured granite countertop. The floor is actually large porcelain tile made to look like wood. The d shaped sink and off set faucet added an extra unique touch.
