This project was a complete renovation of the dining complex, which serves now 800 to 1,200 meals a day. Within the main kitchen, a separate Kosher kitchen provides dinners Sunday through Thursday and offers to-go sandwiches and salads, which also are delivered to six dining facilities across the campus.
