The complete renovation of a vacation beach home in Emerald Isle, NC. We expanded the kitchen to make it more than three times larger than the original foot print. We redesigned the stairs for a much more open look, adding plenty of windows to let the sunshine in. We updated all the bathrooms in the home, changed the flooring, lighting, laundry room, entryway flooring, paint, added a fireplace in the family room, changed the stair and loft landing, and furnished and accessorized the home for a fresh, modern, beach style.
