We moved the kitchen to a new location, installed hardwood floors on the entire first floor, eliminating a mishmash of several different floor coverings. Knocking down walls to create an open eating and entertaining space for an active family. Creating work and creative space for the children, adjacent to the kitchen. Spending a minimal amount to update the main floor powder room; new counter top, painting the existing cabinet a new driftwood grey, new wall paint, new tile floor. New custom designed fireplace, is now located in the large family room that once housed a living room and dinning room, not often used by the family.
