Full gut remodel of a downtown Kirkland 1970s upper unit condo. The owners wanted modern and clean and I think we nailed it! We moved a few walls around to get the pantry, laundry and entry closet. The cabinets are touch-close from Bellmont Cabinets, Teltos Countertops, and hex tiles that echo throughout the home to create cohesiveness. Love the crisp look of white and gray and the warmth of the hardwood floors and beams.
