Projects like this make me LOVE my job! This amazing Paul Kirk home was built in 1955 and was lovingly restored by a prior owner. Sadly it fell into foreclosure and sat vacant and neglected for several years. An investor bought it and spruced it up for sale as the masterpiece it is. It sits on almost an acre and is an amazing piece of architectural history in the area (making it a possible target for McMansion builders!). The living spaces surround an atrium, bringing beautiful light into the entire house and making it a dream to stage. I loved working in this home! And I am so happy the investor saw it for what it was.
