Our clients saw the “good bones” of the 1980s-era home, so while other buyers might have been scared off by the dated interiors, Rich and Kathy saw potential in the spaces, and hired us to help bring their vision to life. While the home’s layout is essentially the same, the kitchen, dining room, and family room were completely gutted with a new kitchen floor plan, wood flooring, cabinets, and finishes transforming the spaces from ho-hum to high-end.
