This was a late 20th century kit home. When the clients purchased it, it had floor to ceiling blonde wood. The clients added drywall to some walls and changed up the fireplace from the faux river rock it was to this lovely tile. They were at a loss though as to how to decorate it and to add some color to the otherwise neutral space. We used a rug in the living room as the color inspiration and ordered lots of accessories in browns, whites, beiges and peacock blue. It turned out beautiful and the homeowners love it.
