When buying in Seattle, often times it is essential to create as much function as possible within a limited space. For this Capitol Hill condo, we took a 1 bedroom and transformed it into a functional, comfortable and stylish space to come home to. The client requested a combination of vintage and new furniture, so we made their style come to life with authentic mid-century modern pieces sprinkled throughout. Their living room layout created a functional challenge, as the couple enjoys having friends and family over to visit. In order to accommodate guests, we were able to source pull-out ottomans, as well as an extendable dining table, which is hidden within the credenza along with two folded chairs.
