The Downtown Penthouse, on the top two floors of a luxury condominium in downtown Seattle, is one of GCID’s most substantial projects to date. The client, a successful technology entrepreneur, wanted a distinctive, private Seattle home where he could stay and entertain while in town for business. That meant completely transforming the large and dated residence into a sophisticated and luxurious home with straight clean lines, open spaces for entertaining, original furniture and a commanding art collection.
