Green Bay Home Rehab

This home was built in 1976, and underwent major rehab or renovation. Walls were removed from the kitchen to make the space open concept. Beautiful new flooring was installed throughout the upper floor. An Asian inspired custom railing surrounds the stairwell as an architectural feature. Many beautiful fabrics were carefully selected to complement furniture pieces and pillows. A number of vignettes draw the eye and reveal the character of the home owner. Feng Shui was used to design the spaces. The kitchen is wonderfully functional with lots of lighting options. The bedrooms are all cozy and unique. A granite countertop in the bathroom marries function and sophistication. Throughout the house, functional use of spaces is maximized while always making the spaces beautiful.
