This beautiful home has amazing views from every window, but the layout did not offer the opportunity to enjoy it nor did it offer the space to entertain. The typical layout offered a nice size kichen with a boomerang island, informal dining room and a small seating area. By offering our clients the “outside of the box” concept, they were extremely intrigued on what they could have with the same amount of space.

This wonderful family now has a chefs kitchen, a place to entertain featuring a sliding island counter top (which offers overhands on both sides to play games with friends) as well as a comfortable living room.
