This project is a three-story condominium on the Milwaukee River. The client wanted a complete departure from her former traditional home. A peaceful, modern interior was created with a palette of muted greens and blues flowing through all spaces. Oriental antiques mix with modern furniture. Steel branches bring nature and art to the stairways connecting the floors. As this residence was under construction at the time of purchase, we were able to make some changes to the plans, but could not change or move plumbing fixtures, mechanicals, load-bearing walls, or exterior doors or windows.
