This 100 + year old cottage located in one of the most historic lake front associations on Lake Geneva was badly in need of a major renovation. Fortunately, the right owner came along to save it. The goal to renovate in a way that would not compromise the historic integrity of the house was established at the outset and maintained throughout the entire project.
