Where an old house stood, a new home is created. Looking to move here permantently, this couple wanted a home that not only fit their daily living, but it also needed to fit their visiting family and friends. On one end was an existing pool, and the other end was in the buffer setback and had a basement, meaning that we needed to create a floorplan that used the existing basement for the current footprint, but still oriented the home to the pool and of course the great waterviews of the Wye River.
