Oolong Terrace Vacation Rental
This project took an apartment built in the 1940s, and transformed it into 2 streamlined rental properties, complete with terraces!!! Just like that, Oolong Terrace and Ginseng Terrace were realized right in the heart of Shanghai’s enviable French Concession.
