It is not enough to say that as a design company Tomhill Studio will respond to the client's needs and desires. That is, simply, the starting point for every designer. It is our job to incorporate those needs and desires with strong design principles and ideas, to create an outcome which provides serenity, satisfaction and most importantly, soul. To do otherwise suggests that the designer dictates the outcome, rather than responds. However, our suggested design elements and ideas, right down to the final accessories, often evolve into a completely comfortable and satsifying result for our clients. Our experience, combined with our clients' desires has produced designs which transcend the original brief. It is the ongoing consultation, and our ability to think outside the box, which we believe contributes to a successful marriage of client ideas with strong and sympathetic design. Graduating from a highly architectural program, Meredith started her design career working in the corporate and healthcare fields in Western Canada before moving to Boston in 1999. In 2005 Meredith launched Tomhill Studio to take on her true passion of residential interiors.
