I was waiting until the sale was complete to send you this "THANK YOU", and we closed on Tuesday, June 30th. But even though I am just thanking you now, I have been telling everyone that will listen what an important role your one visit had in the sale of our home! We cannot tell you how many times we have heard the words beautiful and amazing from family, friends, and neighbors when describing our home. The staging that you did turned our house into almost something I did not recognize. Our house with your vision turned this property into a very desirable property. Your efforts paid off. We listed the house last Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend with the intent to promote an Open House the following day at 12:00. Amy Miller started getting calls immediately from agents wanting to show it but we weren't quite ready. Sunday came around and we agreed to an 11:00 showing, prior to the open house, for a couple that was returning home from out of state. All 3 of these listings had been on the market in the past with other agents and sat for 6 months with no activity. Kay --------- Stayci, Everyone who saw the house was impressed by how nice it looked, and many commented on the decorating. One person who almost bought the home sat in the kitchen and said, "This feels like HOME." The one big problem area you'd noted was the barely-usable back yard, but we left it as it was. Several people over the course of the showings said they'd have made an offer if the yard was nicer. I finally rented a Bobcat and regraded and reseeded it, and it sold a few days later, to the first couple who saw it! An unexpected plus is that now, as we pack up to move, we realize that a lot of things are already boxed, as you'd purged our house of excess stuff. And I've learned from you: when we tour houses we're considering buying, I'm surprised to see personal photos, artwork, etc. in people's homes.
