Soraida Bedoya relates design to the journey that inspires each person’s response to beauty, home and lifestyle. This means putting people at the center of design. Listening to clients and what drew them to their home in the first place is the beginning and end of discovering thoughtful design -design that provides beautiful ways to truly live in a home. Soraida’s 14 years of design industry experience, is founded on her training as a fine art sculpture, her studies in art history and a keen fascination for objects as story- tellers. Her designs emphasize balance to create clean and beautiful environments that lean toward the modern yet remain elegant, livable and refined. Soraida’s interior design work has been featured in HC&G Magazine, her artwork in Interior Design Magazine, HC&G and News Day. She has participated in numerous Hampton Designer Showhouses. After many years of living and working in Eastern Long Island Soraida is now based in New York City.
