The concept for ReFresh began as an idea for a showroom focused on providing new home renovation and remodeling services. It evolved into a source for ALL things home, both new and “ReFreshed.” Kara Blalock began as co-owner of Blalock Homes, LLC and a licensed realtor, but she has always appreciated the value that good design and décor bring to a home.
