Josh has been part of MND for over 20 years. He designs, directs and oversees many of the projects within the office and plays an integral role in managing the firm. After graduation from Rhode Island School of Design, Josh spent 4 years as an “in house” associate designer for the Uno Restaurant Corporation. The position afforded him rare insight into the hospitality industry — from an operational standpoint — while he continued to learn and perfect his design craft. Since joining MND, Josh’s expertise has been a critical ingredient in projects ranging from Euro Disney and Royal Caribbean International to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Johnny Rockets. Well versed in fine dining design, Josh’s focus has been in the area of full-service casual and quick casual design. With an abiding love and interest in “mid-century modern” American design, Josh has developed a particular focus on reinventing the “diner” for the 21st century.
