Lifestyle Interior Design Timeless Environments . . . Sandra Clinger M A, Allied ASID, CAASH founded her Denver-based interior consulting firm, Lifestyle Interior Design, more than 18 years ago. Drawing on her long eclectic background as a designer, real estate consultant, project manager and historic renovator, and continuously updating her skills and education, Sandra creates timeless environments for her clients, combining elegance, ease, fun and function. A lively presence and tireless advocate for winnowing out her clients’ true needs and wants, Sandra brings her education background in psychology and theater design to bear on interior design work that integrates art with technical science on behalf of a client’s vision. With a special affinity for historical context and precedents - including a client’s own historical roots - as well as for capturing the color and light of Colorado, Sandra’s work has won multiple awards, including a prestigious first place national ASID “Design Specialty Award” in Historic Preservation, Colorado Homes and Lifestyles Magazine’s “Home of the Year” Grand Prize, Professional Builder and Re modeler “Best in American Remodeling” award in the Whole House Category, and ASID “Special Recognition Award” for Residential - Single Private Space. Sandra’s extensive projects range from custom homes to remodels, successfully providing client-sensitive and site-sensitive projects perfectly suited to Colorado’s urban, suburban and mountain environments alike. Specializing in residential interiors from period to Western to contemporary, Sandra masters the details at every level of a project - and is a popular project manager with her extensive network of specialized subcontractors.
