We will take detailed measurements of the rooms and spaces you wish to change, and we will discuss any specific requests and your desired budget. We take it from here. In our workroom, Karen assembles a complete floor plan, furniture and upholstery selections, rugs, accessories, paint colors and wall coverings.We will then welcome you back into the store where Karen will offer a presentation of what she envisions for your home. With your approval, we place orders for the custom sofas, chairs, draperies, pillows, etc., and we organize everything in preparation for installation day. We offer full-service delivery and installation, and we encourage you to come back to your home after we have completed the transformation. We enjoy “the big reveal,” where you and your family members see your new spaces for the first time.
