We have a good working knowledge of the construction process, as well as creating the aesthetic appeal to complete your vision. We also specialize in working with builders on their spec homes. We can specify your flooring materials and design, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, exterior and interior colors, work with your cabinet supplier on design and color appropriate for the style and feel of the home. Our goal is to make sure everything is inviting and cohesive. A person feels a home rather than sees it with their eyes. We innately know if a space feels right but we often don’t know what makes it feel right. That is our job! Our specifications are thorough and precise for materials and layout so the builder can put them out for bid and know that the bids will be accurate and competitive with no material substitution. We are always available for job walk-throughs with our builders/contractors to suggest changes, answer questions or just to ensure that your design desires are being met.
