Wanting to take a more creative path, June decided to pursue a career in Interior Design. After completing a certificate program at the NH Institute of Art, June opened j. ellen Design in 2008. “Every project is a collaboration. No matter how large or small, our goal is to create a plan that truly meets our clients needs, while always keeping their budget in mind.” June lives in Manchester, serves on the Advisory Council at the Currier Museum of Art, is a Commissioner for the City of Manchester Heritage Commission and teaches in the Interior Design Program at the NH Institute of Art. MichelleAbout Michelle After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UNH, Michelle began her professional career working in sales management. Her interest and love of design led her to pursue a career that combines her creative talents with her organizational and planning skills. “I love meeting new clients and collaboratively accomplishing their design goals. Whether it’s rejiggering a certain space to better fit their lifestyle, updating the feel of a bedroom or family room, or finding the perfect fabric to reupholster their favorite chair, I welcome the opportunity to make their vision become a reality.” Michelle, a Bedford resident, serves on the Advisory Council at the Currier Museum of Art, is a member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of New Hampshire, and is a dedicated volunteer at The Derryfield School. 2
